System Description
This document gives more extentive explanations and descriptions
of the system and how it works. In addition, it offers a brief history
of the basin and the web site as well as future developments on the Sevier
River Basin Hydrologic Web Site. Its purpose is to give the viewer a
better understanding and a more detailed overview of the
entire basin and the automation behind it.
